Processing Time
What is processing time?
Processing time refers to the period between successful payment and the time your order is dispatched. All orders go through our quality control process to ensure wig construction, lace condition, fiber or hair quality, and overall finish meet our standards.
Orders are typically processed within 3–6 business days.
Orders are fulfilled through our global fulfillment network and then shipped to the destination country.
Free gifts with purchase
Some orders may include a complimentary gift while supplies last. Gifts are not guaranteed. If a gift becomes unavailable at the time of shipment, Coly Wigs may substitute it with an item of similar value.
Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
Pre-order policy
A pre-order means the item is not currently available for immediate dispatch and is being reserved in advance. Pre-orders require full payment at checkout. Estimated availability may vary by item.
Out-of-stock notice
Due to inventory fluctuations, certain items may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible with an update or available options.
U.S. Shipping Time & Fees
Free standard shipping (U.S.)
Orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping.
Standard delivery
Standard delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after processing.
Packages may be delivered by major carriers or local delivery partners depending on destination, routing, and operational conditions.
Expedited delivery
Expedited shipping usually takes 5–8 business days after processing.
Available carrier partners may vary by region and delivery address.
International Duties & Taxes
Import duties / customs fees
For international orders, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled by Coly Wigs.
Customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes required by their country or region.
Return to Sender (Incorrect Address)
What happens if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, a reshipping fee may apply.
If the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery where possible.
Order Cancellation / Changes
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours after purchase.
After 24 hours, the order may already have entered processing or quality control, and changes may no longer be possible.
Why can’t changes be made later?
Many wig orders involve multiple selected options such as color, cap construction, density, and length. Once processing begins, the order may already be in preparation for shipment.
Quality Control & Manufacturing Defects

All products are inspected by our quality team before shipment to help ensure they meet our quality standards.
Manufacturing defects
If a confirmed manufacturing defect occurs, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:
- A replacement of the same or equivalent item
- A repair within a reasonable timeframe
- A refund where applicable
For defect evaluation, items must be returned in the condition received. Altered, used, or worn items may not qualify. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Additional Notes
Lace note
Even if a listing shows the same lace size, lace appearance and fit may vary slightly between styles due to construction and material differences. Lace information is provided as a reference.
Color & style note
Due to screen resolution, lighting conditions, and hand-finishing, actual color may vary slightly from product images. Styling may also be required to achieve the final look shown in photos.
Packaging note
Some items may ship in Coly Wigs custom packaging. If you need specific packaging information before ordering, please contact customer support in advance.
