This policy explains processing time, shipping options, pre-orders, cancellations/changes, quality control, and other important terms for orders placed on Coly Wigs.

Processing Time
What is processing time?
Processing time refers to the working days between successful payment and the time your package is handed over to the carrier.
All orders go through our quality control process to ensure products meet our standards (e.g., cap construction, fiber shedding level, lace condition, and overall finish).
This process typically takes 4–7 business days.
Free gifts with purchase
Some orders may include a free gift while supplies last. Gifts are not guaranteed.
If a gift is out of stock at the time of shipment, Coly Wigs may substitute it with an item of equal value.
Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
Pre-order policy
A pre-order means the item is not currently in stock, and you are reserving it in advance to receive it as soon as it becomes available.
Pre-orders require full payment at checkout.
During the waiting period, you may contact customer support to request color changes.
Please note: estimated restock timing may vary by item.
Out-of-stock notice
Due to inventory fluctuations, not all items are in stock at the time you place an order.
Some items may require allocation from our international suppliers.
If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible.
U.S. Shipping Time & Fees
Free standard shipping (U.S.)
U.S. orders over $49 qualify for free standard shipping.
For orders over $250, a signature may be required upon delivery.
U.S. standard shipping
Standard shipping is shipped via USPS. The standard shipping fee is $12.95.
Standard delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, excluding processing time.
U.S. expedited shipping
Expedited shipping is $24.95 and may ship via USPS / UPS / FedEx.
For orders over $250, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Expedited delivery usually takes 3–6 business days, excluding processing time.
International Duties & Taxes
Import duties / customs fees
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Coly Wigs does not control customs policies in each country/region.
Customs fees vary depending on local regulations, product category, and declared value.
Return to Sender (Incorrect Address)
What happens if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?
If a package is returned because the address provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, we do not offer a refund.
We may charge a fixed fee of $20 to cover time and labor.
Any type of return shipping cost and handling fees are non-refundable.
If the package needs to be reshipped, the reshipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
If reshipping is not requested, the order may be handled according to our applicable policies.
Order Cancellation / Changes
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled or changed only within 24 hours after placing the order.
After 24 hours, we may not be able to accept cancellations or changes.
Why can’t changes be made after 24 hours?
Wigs involve multiple options (color, style, cap construction, etc.) and each order goes through a series of quality control steps.
Once processing begins, your order is pulled into the QC workflow and may already be prepared for shipment.
Quality Control & Manufacturing Defects
Quality inspection before shipping
All products are inspected and photographed by our quality team before shipment to ensure items are in excellent condition.
Manufacturing defects
We strive to provide high-quality products, but issues may occasionally occur.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we may offer one of the following solutions based on the situation:
- A replacement of the same or equivalent item
- Repair within a reasonable timeframe
- A refund (where applicable)
For defect evaluation, items must be returned in the condition received. Altered, used, or worn items may not qualify.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Additional Notes
Lace note
Even if a listing shows the same lace size, lace appearance and fit may vary slightly between styles due to construction and material differences.
Lace information is provided as a reference.
Color & style note
Due to screen resolution and lighting differences, actual color may vary slightly from images.
Hair color may also differ slightly between batches or due to hand-finishing.
Styling may be required to achieve the final look shown in photos.
Packaging note
Some items may ship in Coly Wigs custom packaging. If you need original packaging, please contact customer support before placing your order.
